Treatments Disclaimer

All complementary therapy treatments received are not a substitute for a medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment by a qualified medical practitioner. Penny King is not a medical doctor, she is, however, a trained specialist who uses non-invasive holistic practices to create a healthy environment for the mind, body, and spirit. It is recommended that you seek advice from a medical doctor for any physical or psychological problems you have now or in the future. Penny King does not diagnose conditions, perform medical treatments, prescribe medications, or interfere with the treatments provided by your professional healthcare providers.

When booking a treatment with Penny King you are agreeing and accepting the above terms without condition.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment please give as much notice as possible. I may ask for full payment for the session if you cancel within 24 hours from the session time.

Payments

Payments for treatments can be made either by cash at the time of treatment or in advance using the online booking system by credit card or PayPal.

Courses Booking Agreement

No video or audio recordings of any kind is permitted during any of our courses.

Any and all photographs may be used by Penny King Academy for the purposes of marketing or advertising without any payment or compensation being offered. If you do not wish to appear in any photographs please let us know at the time of the course. 

We reserve the right to refuse treatment or admission to courses to anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. No refund will be given. We also reserve the right to send away any person(s) who are found to be unmanageable or a danger to the safety of others. No refund will be given.  No Liability is accepted for loss of or damage to property for example watches, jewellery, cameras or clothing; Losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in travel services, sickness, weather, strikes, riots, war, quarantine or any other cause.

Cancellations

When booking a course you will be required to pay a deposit that is nonrefundable. If you need to cancel your place on a course, please give as much notice as possible. If you cancel within 24 hours of the course start time, you may be liable for further charges of 50% of the total course price. 

 

Although unlikely, if you should end up being the only person booked on a particular date, then the course may not go ahead. In this instance we will either discuss training on a one to one basis or offer you alternate dates. We always aim to give at least one weeks notice should we need to make any changes and reserve the right to do so at any time. If new dates cannot be agreed we will considered offering you a refund.

Payment 

Payments for courses (minus the deposit) can be made either by cash on the day of the course or in advance using the online booking system by credit card or PayPal. Deposit payments are required to secure your place on the course and are nonrefundable.
