  • Crystals for the Strawberry Moon.

A Time for Softness, Reflection and Emotional Reset As we move into the fullness of summer, the Strawberry Moon invites us to slow down, soften, and reflect. Named after the wild strawberries that ripen at this time of year, this full moon is often linked to abundance, emotional clarity and heart healing. It’s a beautiful moment to pause and check in with yourself — what’s grown, what’s shifted, and what you’re ready to gently release. This isn’t a full moon for big dramatic changes. It’s a time for grounding back into yourself, reconnecting with your emotional needs, and clearing any energy that feels heavy or no longer yours to carry. Crystals can offer subtle support during this process. Below are a few I recommend during the Strawberry Moon, each one chosen for its connection to emotional balance, soft strength and reflection. Moonstone Moonstone is a beautiful ally during any full moon, but especially during the Strawberry Moon. It’s said to support emotional balance and enhance intuition. Many people feel its energy as calming and deeply feminine, making it helpful when emotions are close to the surface. Place it near your heart during meditation or hold it while journalling to help connect with what you’re truly feeling. Rose Quartz Rose Quartz is the crystal of self-love and gentle heart healing. If you’ve been hard on yourself lately — emotionally, physically or mentally — this is a beautiful one to turn to. It reminds you to treat yourself with the same care and compassion you give to others. During the Strawberry Moon, I often recommend placing Rose Quartz by the bed or carrying it close to the skin as a soft reminder to be kind to yourself. Rhodonite Rhodonite is all about healing emotional wounds — especially the ones we tend to carry quietly. It’s said to support forgiveness and help release resentment, both towards others and ourselves. The Strawberry Moon can bring certain emotions to the surface. If you’re feeling a little raw, Rhodonite offers a steady, supportive energy to help process those feelings with care. Lepidolite Lepidolite is my go-to crystal for emotional regulation and gentle release. It contains natural lithium, and many people find it helpful for calming anxiety or mood swings. Around the full moon, especially one with such a tender tone, emotions can run high. Lepidolite helps bring things back into balance. Garnet Garnet brings a deeper, more grounded energy to this otherwise light and reflective moon. It’s linked with the root chakra and said to help reconnect you with your physical body, especially if you’ve been feeling scattered or emotionally distant. I like to recommend Garnet when someone’s been living in their head a little too much. It helps anchor you back into the body and back into what truly matters. Selenite Selenite is often called a clearing crystal — for your energy, your home, even your thoughts. It’s a lovely one to use at the full moon when you’re looking to reset and recharge. Cleansing and Charging Your Crystals Instead of diving into how to use crystals for your own energy this time, I want to focus on a simple but powerful practice that aligns beautifully with the Strawberry Moon and the energy of the upcoming solstice: cleansing and recharging your crystals. The full moon is an ideal time to place your crystals on the windowsill overnight. Let them soak up the moonlight — a natural energetic reset that many people find helps them feel clearer and more aligned. You can also: Place your stones in a bowl near an open window. Create a small altar using candlelight, flowers or natural elements. Gently wipe each crystal clean before laying it out, to clear any lingering energy. Set a quiet intention for the coming season as you lay them out. If you have Selenite, you can also use it to cleanse other crystals by placing them together overnight. It's a lovely way to refresh your collection before the solstice arrives. Crystals for the Strawberry Full Moon - some final thoughts... The Strawberry Moon is a time to reflect with softness, to let go of what’s no longer needed, and to meet yourself exactly where you are — without pressure or judgement. Crystals won’t shift everything for you, but they can help you feel more supported and more in tune with yourself as you move through this gentle, powerful season. • Crystals for Exam Stress and Big Life Moments

Calm, Clarity and a Bit of Luck When You Need It Most If you or someone you love is facing exam season right now, you’re not alone. Whether it’s GCSEs, A-Levels, university deadlines or even a big work project, this time of year can bring a lot of pressure. I hear it often in my sessions and messages — parents worried about their children not sleeping, young people feeling overwhelmed, and clients who are juggling deadlines with daily life. These high-pressure moments can take a toll, not just mentally, but physically and emotionally too. And while there’s no crystal that can revise for you or sit your interview, many people find comfort and calm in working with stones that support clarity, focus, rest, and emotional balance. Below, I’ve shared a few of my go-to crystals that I recommend during exam season or anytime you want to feel a bit more steady, supported, or lucky. Amethyst Amethyst is one I reach for often — and it’s not hard to see why. It’s said to support deeper rest and more peaceful sleep, especially when your mind feels like it won’t switch off. If your child is tossing and turning the night before an exam, or you’re finding it hard to wind down after a long day, try placing Amethyst by the bed. Many people find it brings a sense of calm that helps them settle. Fluorite  If you’re struggling to focus, Fluorite is your friend. It’s known as a stone of mental clarity and is often used to support concentration and clear thinking. I recommend keeping it on your desk or holding it in your hand for a moment before revising or tackling a big task. It’s a gentle way to clear the mind and get into a more focused headspace. Tiger’s Eye  Tiger’s Eye is a brilliant one for confidence and staying steady under pressure. If you’re walking into an exam hall, sitting an interview or giving a presentation, it’s a lovely crystal to keep in your pocket or wear as jewellery. Many people say it helps them feel more grounded and in control when nerves kick in. Green Aventurine  The stone of opportunity, this crystal is often associated with good luck — but it also has a calming, balancing quality that makes it really useful during stressful times. It’s a gentle reminder to stay open to good outcomes, without forcing or overthinking. I like to recommend it when you want to feel a quiet confidence and trust that things will unfold as they should. Clear Quartz  Clear Quartz is what I call the all-rounder. It’s said to amplify the energy of other crystals, so it’s lovely to pair with anything else you’re working with. But even on its own, Clear Quartz can bring clarity, energy and a feeling of direction. If you’re unsure which crystal to choose, this is a good place to start. Hematite  Hematite is all about grounding. If anxiety is making you feel wobbly or scattered, Hematite can help you feel more rooted and steady. I often suggest it to people who are feeling overwhelmed or who find themselves getting caught up in overthinking. Hold it for a moment, breathe deeply, and feel yourself coming back into the present. Carnelian  If motivation has gone missing, Carnelian might be what you need. It’s linked with creativity, energy and taking action — great for anyone who feels stuck, drained or unsure where to begin. Whether it’s the first page of an essay or the final stretch of revision, Carnelian gives you that gentle push forward. How to Use These Crystals There’s no one right way to work with crystals, especially during stressful times. Here are a few gentle suggestions: Keep one in your pocket or pencil case on exam day Place a calming stone like Amethyst or Hematite by your bed Set up a small study space altar with Fluorite or Clear Quartz Hold a crystal in your hand while taking a few deep breaths Gift a little pouch of mixed crystals to someone going through a tough time It’s not about rituals or rules. It’s about finding small, intentional ways to feel more supported. Final Thoughts Crystals can’t change your results or rewrite your presentation, but they can help you feel more steady, calm, and clear-headed in the moments that matter. And sometimes, that shift in how you feel is enough to make all the difference. If you’d like help choosing the right crystals for exam stress, for yourself or someone else, I’d be happy to guide you. Just get in touch, or shop here .

  • Crystals for the Flower Moon: Why Slowing Down Helps You Grow

It’s easy to associate growth with energy, action, and doing more. In many ways, that’s what we’re taught. Blooming is seen as something bright and obvious, like a flower in full sunlight. But often, the real magic of growth happens quietly, beneath the surface. It’s the pause before the next chapter. The space between what was and what will be. And that’s exactly the energy the Flower Moon brings. The Flower Moon , which rises in May, gets its name from the abundance of blossoms during this time of year. It symbolises fertility, creativity, and growth. But growth isn’t always about moving forward at full speed. Sometimes, it’s about slowing down. Tending to your roots. Resting so you can rise when the time is right. This particular full moon offers us an invitation to pause. To check in with ourselves. To ask what’s actually blooming in our lives right now, and what might still be in seed form. There is strength in stillness. And there is clarity in the quiet moments. In my healing sessions and courses, this theme often comes up. People arrive feeling stuck, or like they should be doing more. They’re frustrated that things aren’t moving fast enough. But when we dig a little deeper, what often comes up is that their energy is busy doing important work – it’s just not the kind of work that shows up on a to-do list. That’s the beauty of energetic growth. It can feel invisible. But it’s always meaningful. Certain crystals align beautifully with the energy of rest, reflection, and rooted growth. Here are a few that I turn to during this Flower Moon. Golden Healer  This is one of my go-to crystals when I need to reconnect with my inner strength without pushing myself. Golden healer has a calm but empowering energy. It reminds you that you don’t need to be constantly striving. Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is simply come back to yourself. I often place golden healer near my heart or solar plexus during meditation or rest. It offers a soft kind of encouragement – the kind that helps you feel safe in your own stillness. Golden Healer Hematite  When everything around you feels like it’s speeding up, hematite is the stone to reach for. It’s deeply grounding and physically stabilising. If your thoughts are racing or your energy feels scattered, hematite helps bring you back to your body. It anchors you. I find it especially helpful during full moons, when energy can sometimes feel heightened or overwhelming. Holding hematite or placing it near your feet can create a sense of calm focus. Hermatite Smoky Quartz  Smoky quartz is ideal for clearing emotional heaviness – especially the kind that isn’t even yours. This crystal is known for its cleansing and protective properties. It helps absorb and transmute low or stagnant energy. During periods of quiet growth, we often begin releasing old emotions or beliefs we didn’t even know we were carrying. Smoky quartz supports that release gently. It’s not a flashy stone, but its strength lies in its ability to hold you through the process. Smoky Quartz Working with these crystals doesn’t need to be complicated. You might want to create a simple ritual on the night of the full moon. Light a candle. Sit with one or more of the crystals mentioned. Take a few deep breaths. Ask yourself what your body, mind, or heart need right now. Not what you think you should be doing, but what you actually need. Let the answers come quietly. Some people like to journal during this time. Others just sit in stillness. Some place their crystals by the bed or in a bath. There is no right way. What matters is the intention: to honour where you are, without rushing to the next phase. This full moon is a reminder that not all progress looks like movement. Growth can look like rest. It can look like saying no. It can look like taking your time. And when we honour that, we create space for deeper healing to take root. In my own practice, I find that when clients allow themselves to pause and receive – whether in a sound healing session, a Reiki treatment, or even a simple meditation – something powerful begins to shift. There’s a softening. An opening. A reconnection with what truly matters. So if you’re feeling a little slow, a little unsure, or like you’re in between things, that’s OK. You’re not behind. You’re simply in a different part of the cycle. Trust that your energy knows what it’s doing. And trust that the stillness is part of the process. As the Flower Moon rises, let it be a quiet invitation. To listen. To breathe. To be. Because even when you’re not in full bloom, you are still growing. Take care of your roots, and the rest will follow.

  • Crystals for Flow: What the Ocean Teaches Us About Letting Go

With Mother Ocean Day falling in May, I’ve been reflecting on the lessons the ocean offers us – not just in beauty or power, but in how we move through life. There’s something deeply humbling about the ocean. Its rhythm, its power, its gentleness. It moves constantly, and yet it never seems rushed. It knows when to rise and when to fall. It reminds us that movement doesn’t have to be forceful to be powerful. In a world that often encourages pushing through, doing more, and staying busy, the ocean whispers a different truth: flow is enough. Flow is still movement. And often, it’s exactly what we need. This is something I come back to in my own life and practice, especially when I notice clients feeling stuck, burnt out, or like they’re treading water. They’re trying so hard to make something happen, but their energy is tight, braced, and holding on. That’s usually the moment I gently remind them: you can soften. You can trust. You can let go, just a little, and see what shifts. The ocean doesn’t ask us to control it. It asks us to listen. To move with it, not against it. That same approach applies beautifully to energy healing, and to working with crystals that carry the essence of water and flow. Larimar Larimar  This is the stone I always think of as the ocean in crystal form. Mined only in the Dominican Republic, Larimar carries the soft blues and whites of sea foam and sky. Its energy is calming, but it also helps you speak your truth without fear. It’s especially powerful for those who tend to bottle things up or feel overwhelmed by emotions. Larimar invites you to let things move through you, like waves, without having to hold or fix them. Moonstone Moonstone  Linked to the tides and the moon, this crystal is all about cycles, intuition, and the sacred art of allowing. It supports emotional balance, helps you tune into your inner knowing, and reminds you that it’s okay not to have all the answers. Moonstone encourages us to be softer with ourselves, especially when we’re navigating change. Aquamarine Aquamarine  Known as the stone of the sea, aquamarine brings clarity, courage, and calm. It’s wonderful for releasing fear and finding peace with what is. Aquamarine encourages gentle, honest communication and helps soothe the nervous system when emotions are running high. Ocean Jasper Ocean Jasper  This one brings a sense of joy and emotional release. Ocean jasper helps lift heaviness, especially if you’ve been feeling emotionally stuck or carrying the weight of others’ expectations. It reminds you to return to your own natural rhythm and find your sense of flow again. Sodalite Sodalite  For those times when your mind is racing and you’re overthinking everything, sodalite offers a calm anchor. It helps quiet the mental noise so you can hear your inner voice more clearly. Sodalite encourages trust in your own timing and truth, which is at the heart of living in flow. You don’t need to do anything complex to work with these crystals. You might keep one in your pocket or place it near your bath. You might hold one while meditating, or rest it on your chest while breathing deeply. Let your body guide you. What matters is the intention: to soften, not push. To listen, not chase. To honour the waves in your own energy without trying to control the tide. The ocean teaches us that force doesn’t always get us where we want to go. Flow does. And the more we can align with that rhythm – the rhythm of breath, of emotion, of our own inner knowing – the more ease we bring into our healing, our choices, and our lives. So if you’re feeling a little stuck or like things aren’t moving fast enough, maybe ask yourself: Am I trying to force this? And what might happen if I allowed myself to flow instead? Just like the sea, your energy knows when to rise and when to rest. Trust it.

  • Crystals for Comfort: Gentle Support During Cancer Journeys

Cancer is something that touches so many of us. In my previous career in the NHS, I saw this first-hand — not just the physical toll, but the emotional weight carried by patients and their families. Whether it’s a diagnosis we’ve faced ourselves or someone close to us, the emotional weight it carries can feel overwhelming. Over the years, I’ve had many people ask me which crystals can offer support during this time, not as a treatment or cure, but as a way to bring some comfort, grounding, or peace when everything feels uncertain. With May marking Ovarian, Brain, and Bladder Cancer Awareness, it's a meaningful time to acknowledge those journeys and the small, gentle things that can bring comfort along the way. When you or a loved one is going through a cancer journey, there are often moments that feel out of your control. Energy can feel heavy. Emotions can swing from hope to fear in the space of a day. And sometimes, what helps most is simply having something you can hold onto, a physical reminder that you're supported, that you're loved, and that you're not alone. Crystals won’t change a medical outcome. But they are  said to support emotional release, energetic protection, and nervous system calming, which can be a much-needed anchor during a cancer journey. Here are some of the crystals I often recommend when people are looking for something gentle to hold them through: Rose Quartz Rose Quartz The ultimate crystal of love. Rose quartz offers a soft, nurturing energy that reminds you to be kind to yourself, especially during treatment or recovery. It’s a beautiful stone for self-compassion, emotional healing, and heart connection. Malachite with Chrysocolla Malachite with Chrysocolla This combination stone has a strong, protective energy. Malachite can support physical healing, energetic clearing, and chrysocolla brings a calming presence. Together, they help release emotional tension and encourage a sense of personal strength. Lepidolite Lepidolite Known for its high lithium content, lepidolite is often associated with emotional balance. It’s calming, grounding, and can be particularly helpful during sleepless nights, hospital visits, or moments of fear. It’s the crystal equivalent of a deep breath. Chrysoprase Chrysoprase A gentle stone linked to heart healing and breath, chrysoprase is said to ease emotional pain and restore a sense of hope. It can be especially soothing when grief, anxiety, or uncertainty feel close to the surface. Black Tourmaline Black Tourmaline This is my go-to crystal for protection. Not in a superstitious way — but in an energetic sense. Black tourmaline helps create a boundary between your energy and the outside world. That can be helpful in clinical settings, or if you're feeling overwhelmed by other people’s emotions or well-meaning advice. You don’t need to use them all. Often, just one stone can become a touchstone. Something you carry in your pocket, tuck under your pillow, or hold during moments of rest. Sometimes people ask me what to say or do when gifting a crystal to someone going through cancer. The answer is simple: let it come from a place of love, not pressure. You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to explain what it’s meant to do. Just letting someone know you’re thinking of them, that you’re with them, and that they’re not alone, that’s enough. If you're on this path yourself, I hope this brings a little bit of comfort. And if you're supporting someone else through it, thank you for showing up for them. That love is its own kind of healing. Crystals may not be accepted as modern medicine, but they can be a balm for the soul, and sometimes, that’s just as needed.

  • Crystals for the Days You Don’t Feel Like Yourself

Some days, you just don’t feel quite right—but you can’t explain why. Maybe everything looks fine from the outside, but inside, there’s a heaviness. A sense of disconnection. Like you’re not quite in your own skin. Like you’re drifting… or performing… or trying to hold it all together when something underneath is quietly unravelling. These kinds of days don’t always get talked about. They’re not dramatic or obvious, but they can leave you feeling lost, unseen, or quietly exhausted. Whether you’re navigating identity, healing from old wounds, or simply trying to make space for the real you beneath the surface, I want you to know: you’re not alone in this. And while crystal healing isn’t a magic fix, it can offer comfort, grounding, and emotional support on the days when everything feels a little off. These are some of the crystals I recommend most often—personally and in client sessions—for those in-between times when you’re just not feeling like yourself. Amazonite Amazonite – For finding your voice Amazonite supports gentle, honest self-expression. When you’ve been silencing yourself for too long—whether out of fear, protection, or habit—this crystal helps bring your voice forward again. Not to shout, but to speak from a calm, confident truth. Kunzite Kunzite – For emotional safety This stone has a soft, nurturing energy that makes it ideal for moments when you’re feeling emotionally raw or exposed. Kunzite doesn’t push—it holds. It helps you stay open without feeling vulnerable, and reminds you that it’s safe to feel deeply. Labradorite Labradorite – For embracing your uniqueness Labradorite is a stone of inner magic. It’s especially powerful for those who feel different, multi-layered, or hard to define. It reflects light in an unexpected way,  and in doing so reminds you that you don’t need to be one thing—or understandable to everyone—to be whole. Apache Tears Apache Tears – For releasing hidden grief Some grief hides in the body. The grief of being left out. Of shrinking yourself. Of not being met in the ways you needed. Apache Tears offer quiet emotional release. They don’t stir up intensity—they simply allow what’s already there to move gently through. Lepidolite Lepidolite – For anxious, overwhelmed minds Lepidolite contains natural lithium and is known for its soothing energy. It’s one I turn to when anxiety takes over or when your thoughts feel scattered. It’s grounding, calming, and gently supportive—especially when you’ve been holding it together for too long. Chrysoprase Chrysoprase – For releasing shame and reconnecting with your heart This is a powerful stone for clearing inherited or internalised shame. It’s especially helpful if you’ve been carrying a story that you need to change who you are to be loved or accepted. Chrysoprase helps you come back to your heart with honesty and compassion. You don’t need to have the words for what you’re feeling. You don’t need a diagnosis, a breakthrough, or a clear reason to seek support. Some days are just harder—and that’s reason enough. These crystals can be small anchors during those times. Gentle reminders that you're allowed to feel what you feel, take up space as you are, and come back to yourself at your own pace. If any of them are calling to you, you can explore the collection on my website . Or feel free to reach out—I'd love to help you choose something that feels right for where you are today. You don’t have to be “fixed.” You just deserve to feel more at home in yourself.

  • The Pink Full Moon - Crystals for Letting Go

Crystals for Letting Go, and Starting to Bloom There’s something about the Pink Full Moon that always feels a bit more emotional. It’s not one of those big, intense moons where everything feels heightened. This one’s quieter, softer—but still powerful in its own way. I always think of it as a bit of a check-in point. We’re a few months into the year now, and a lot of people I speak to are feeling it. Not necessarily in a bad way—just that sense of needing to stop, take stock, and breathe. To let go of anything that’s been lingering in the background that we’ve maybe been avoiding. And to start making a bit of space for whatever’s coming next. It’s not about doing loads. In fact, I think this moon asks the opposite. To slow down, feel what needs to be felt, and let some of that emotional noise go. Crystals I’m Reaching For This Month There are a few crystals I always seem to come back to at this time of year. They’re not the bold, fiery ones—they’re the ones that feel gentle, supportive, and grounding when everything else feels a bit “much.” Pink Opal Pink Opal  one of my favoutires. It’s such a comforting stone. I often keep it by my bed or hold it if I’m feeling a bit fragile. It helps take the edge off those moments where something old pops up—an old memory, a sadness you didn’t realise you were still holding. It doesn’t push anything—it just gives you space to feel and release. Rhodonite Then there’s Rhodonite . I like to know if something’s ready to shift, especially if I’ve been holding onto emotional baggage that’s become a bit heavy.   It’s not dramatic—it just helps you move through it with a bit more grace. You can feel it softening those sharp edges we sometimes carry around. Pink Calcite Pink Calcite  is another one I love. It’s like a gentle nudge back into self-kindness. If you’ve been putting yourself last, or pushing through things without much space to feel, this one helps you soften. It’s really lovely if you’ve been a bit hard on yourself lately and just need a bit of care. Unicorn Stone And finally, Unicorn Stone . I don’t talk about this one enough, but it’s brilliant when your nervous system is feeling fried. If you’ve been busy, anxious, or just “on” all the time, Unicorn Stone really helps settle that. I often use it when I want to feel held and steady—especially when everything else is moving fast. I think the main thing with this Full Moon is not to overdo it. It’s not about dramatic rituals or setting big intentions. It’s more about making a bit of space for whatever’s been sitting under the surface. That could be an old thought pattern, a bit of sadness, or even just that feeling of needing a reset. Let yourself rest. Feel what you need to feel. And if you’ve got a few crystals to support that process, even better. If any of these speak to you, you can shop them online or just message me—happy to help you find one that feels right for where you’re at right now. Sometimes the biggest shifts happen when we finally let ourselves slow down.

  • Earth Energy and the Crystals That Help Us Slow Down

Petrified Wood I completely forgot Earth Day is coming up this month until I saw it marked in my diary—and honestly, it gave me one of those moments where you stop and go, right... maybe it's time I grounded myself a bit. Because when things get busy (which they always do), we can easily lose that connection to the earth beneath our feet. Our minds are racing, our phones are pinging, and suddenly we’re so far away from ourselves. And from nature. That’s what Earth Day brings me back to—not just thinking about the planet, but thinking about how I treat my own energy. Whether I’m rushing. Pushing. Expecting everything to happen now, now, now. It’s so easy to get caught up in "the doing"... but the Earth doesn’t rush, does it? Nature just takes its time. Seasons roll in and out. Crystals form deep underground for thousands—even millions—of years. They don’t force anything. And I think there’s something in that for us, too. No wonder they help us slow down. Petrified Wood Earth Energy Crystals One I always come back to at this time of year is petrified wood . It’s ancient—literally fossilised trees—and it has this solid, comforting energy to it. When I have been too "in my head" or feeling unsteady it reminds me not to rush, that everything has it's season. Orca Agate And then there’s orca agate , which is just beautiful. It’s such a calming stone—almost like sitting by the sea on a quiet day. It helps balance emotions and brings this lovely sense of being grounded but open. I often use it when I want to come back to my centre and speak from a calm place, especially when I’ve been a bit all over the place. And I can’t not mention amber . Technically fossilised resin, not a crystal, it’s got such a warm, calming energy to it. I find it really comforting—like a quiet kind of strength. It’s great for grounding, especially when your energy’s been all over the place. It holds a lovely balance of lightness and stability, which is just what I need sometimes. Jasper There are other earthy crystals I love too— red jasper  for strength and stability, smoky quartz  for releasing stress, hematite  if I’m feeling scattered. They all do something slightly different, but the theme is the same: they help bring you back to yourself. Hematite And really, that’s what Earth Day is about for me. Yes, it’s about looking after the planet—but it’s also about remembering we’re part of it . Taking a breath. Getting outside. Holding something that took thousands of years to form and letting it remind you that you don’t need to have it all figured out right now. Smoky Quartz So if you’ve been rushing around, are all in your head, or feel like you need a reset—this is your nudge to slow down and ground yourself. Take your shoes off and feel the earth underneath your feet. Pick up an earth energy crystal that feels solid and steady. And let yourself land again. And if you want help choosing something grounding to work with, just send me a message or have a browse online —I’ve got some beautiful pieces in at the moment that are perfect for this kind of energy. Sometimes we don’t need more answers. We just need to come back to the earth.

  • Easter Energy Crystals

Soft Starts, Second Chances & a Little Bit of Rebirth Easter weekend always feels a bit like a turning point. The weather’s starting to shift (hopefully), the flowers are coming through, and there’s just something in the air that feels lighter. Like we’ve made it through the heavy bit of the year and now we can breathe again.   I don’t tend to go big on Easter traditions, but I do love the energy this time of year brings. It’s that sense of new beginnings—not the kind you force, but the kind that creep in quietly.  The soft kind of rebirth that happens when you’ve been through a season of rest, reflection, or even a bit of struggle, and suddenly you feel something opening again.   It’s not about reinventing yourself overnight or having everything all figured out. It’s about noticing that you’ve shifted. You’ve outgrown something. You’re ready for something different—even if you’re not quite sure what that looks like yet.   This is when I start reaching for the easter energy crystals that help you hold that kind of energy. The ones that support gentle growth, emotional healing, and those quiet little shifts we don’t always see until we look back. Moonstone Moonstone  is a big one for me at this time of year. It’s got this calm, steady energy that helps you trust the timing of things—perfect if you’re in a bit of an in-between place. It’s lovely for reconnecting with your intuition, especially if life’s been a bit noisy lately. Chrysophrase   Then there’s Chrysoprase , which I always think of as a heart-cleanser. It’s brilliant if you’ve been holding onto something heavy and want to make space for new energy to come in. It’s not pushy—it works in a really gentle, supportive way. Golden Labradorite Labradorite  is another crystal I love when there’s change in the air. It’s protective, but also really expansive—it helps you move forward while still feeling safe and grounded. I reach for it when I know I’m ready for a new chapter, but I still need a bit of courage to take that first step.   Clear Quartz And of course, clear quartz . Always. It’s the crystal I use when I want to get clear on what I actually want—before I start calling it in. It’s great for setting intentions, clearing out distractions, and amplifying whatever energy you’re working with. This weekend, if you get a bit of quiet time, maybe just check in with yourself. Is there something you’ve been wanting to let go of? Or something new you’re feeling ready to welcome in?   It doesn’t have to be dramatic. Even just acknowledging where you’re at can be a kind of reset . Maybe that’s the real rebirth—when you stop pretending you’re still in the old story and start writing a new one, even if you’re not sure where it’s going yet.   If you feel like you’d like a little support with that, you can always drop me a message or have a look online —I’ve got some beautiful crystals in right now that are perfect for this kind of energy.   Whatever you’re moving through, give yourself permission to start soft. New beginnings don’t need to be loud to be powerful.

  • Why is the Blood Moon So Powerful for Manifestation?

Blood Moon - Full Moon March 2025 A Blood Moon  happens during a total lunar eclipse, which means the Earth is perfectly aligned between the Sun and the Moon, casting a deep red shadow over the Moon. Energetically, this is a time of heightened intensity, endings, and new beginnings . Unlike a regular Full Moon, which amplifies whatever you’re manifesting, a Blood Moon pushes you to confront what’s blocking you from receiving what you want. This isn’t just about asking for more—it’s about clearing space for it . How to Work with Blood Moon Energy If you’re ready to harness the intensity of the Blood Moon, focus on release, transformation, and realignment.  Here’s how: Let Go First  – Before calling in something new, ask yourself: What do I need to release?  Whether it’s limiting beliefs, old habits, or emotional baggage, this Moon will bring it up for you. Work with Black Obsidian or Black Kyanite  to cut ties with what no longer serves you. Manifest from a Place of Truth  – A Blood Moon doesn’t just give you what you want—it asks, Are you ready for it?  This is the time to set bold, fearless intentions . Work with Bloodstone for courage and Citrine for clear, focused manifestation. Citrine Crystals Embrace Shadow Work  – The energy of a Blood Moon is intense. If emotions surface, don’t push them down—work with them. Journaling, meditation, or working with Labradorite  can help you navigate this. Labradorite Ground and Protect Your Energy  – Lunar eclipses stir up a lot of energy, which can feel overwhelming. Keep Smoky Quartz or Hematite  nearby to stay grounded. The Blood Moon is a Reset—If You’re Ready to Take It A Blood Moon isn’t here to hand you what you want on a silver platter—it’s here to clear the way, shake up your energy, and push you towards something greater . It’s a rare chance to reset, realign, and step into the next chapter with clarity and confidence. If you’re ready to work with this energy, choose the right crystals to support you—you can shop online , or drop me a message, and I’ll help you find the best ones for your journey.
