Crystals for Letting Go, and Starting to Bloom

There’s something about the Pink Full Moon that always feels a bit more emotional. It’s not one of those big, intense moons where everything feels heightened. This one’s quieter, softer—but still powerful in its own way.
I always think of it as a bit of a check-in point. We’re a few months into the year now, and a lot of people I speak to are feeling it. Not necessarily in a bad way—just that sense of needing to stop, take stock, and breathe. To let go of anything that’s been lingering in the background that we’ve maybe been avoiding. And to start making a bit of space for whatever’s coming next.
It’s not about doing loads. In fact, I think this moon asks the opposite. To slow down, feel what needs to be felt, and let some of that emotional noise go.
Crystals I’m Reaching For This Month
There are a few crystals I always seem to come back to at this time of year. They’re not the bold, fiery ones—they’re the ones that feel gentle, supportive, and grounding when everything else feels a bit “much.”

Pink Opal one of my favoutires. It’s such a comforting stone. I often keep it by my bed or hold it if I’m feeling a bit fragile. It helps take the edge off those moments where something old pops up—an old memory, a sadness you didn’t realise you were still holding. It doesn’t push anything—it just gives you space to feel and release.

Then there’s Rhodonite. I like to know if something’s ready to shift, especially if I’ve been holding onto emotional baggage that’s become a bit heavy.
It’s not dramatic—it just helps you move through it with a bit more grace. You can feel it softening those sharp edges we sometimes carry around.

Pink Calcite is another one I love. It’s like a gentle nudge back into self-kindness.
If you’ve been putting yourself last, or pushing through things without much space to feel, this one helps you soften. It’s really lovely if you’ve been a bit hard on yourself lately and just need a bit of care.

And finally, Unicorn Stone. I don’t talk about this one enough, but it’s brilliant when your nervous system is feeling fried. If you’ve been busy, anxious, or just “on” all the time, Unicorn Stone really helps settle that. I often use it when I want to feel held and steady—especially when everything else is moving fast.
I think the main thing with this Full Moon is not to overdo it. It’s not about dramatic rituals or setting big intentions.
It’s more about making a bit of space for whatever’s been sitting under the surface. That could be an old thought pattern, a bit of sadness, or even just that feeling of needing a reset.
Let yourself rest. Feel what you need to feel. And if you’ve got a few crystals to support that process, even better.
If any of these speak to you, you can shop them online or just message me—happy to help you find one that feels right for where you’re at right now.
Sometimes the biggest shifts happen when we finally let ourselves slow down.
