There is a particular kind of tiredness I’m seeing in people a lot at the moment and people are turning to energy healing alongside busy, modern life.

January is usually the month of resolutions, big plans, and deciding that everything needs to change at once. That’s never really been how I work. I prefer to start the year more slowly. Taking time to settle back in after Christmas, pay attention to what feels useful to focus on, and ease into the year rather than rushing ahead of it.
