What’s Coming Up Over the Next Few Months

January is usually the month of resolutions, big plans, and deciding that everything needs to change at once. That’s never really been how I work.

I prefer to start the year more slowly. Taking time to settle back in after Christmas, pay attention to what feels useful to focus on, and ease into the year rather than rushing ahead of it.

That said, this is also the point in the year where my courses, workshops, and in-person events begin again. Over the next few months, I’ll be running sound healing and crystal courses, alongside a small number of events and shows.
