Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that is designed to support relaxation, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing. It is not about fixing you or making dramatic promises. It is about creating space for the body and mind to settle enough that healing, rest, and release can begin to happen naturally.

Healing offers an opportunity to pause, reset and reconnect. I use a combination of Reiki, crystal healing and sound healing, choosing the approach that feels most appropriate for each individual session.
