I teach from my own home in Watford, and there's a reason I keep it that small. I came to this as a complete beginner myself, years ago when I was working in the NHS and my body decided it had other plans for me, and I remember exactly what it feels like to sit in a room full of people who seem to know more than you.

So nobody sits at the back in mine.

The groups are small enough that you get your hands on the stones from day one, you ask whatever you need to ask, and there is no such thing as a silly question in my house.

You don't need to be gifted. You need to be curious and willing to have a go.

And if you'd rather not do it in a group at all, I teach one to one too. Some people learn better that way, some want to go at their own pace, and some have a very specific thing they want to get to grips with.

How it works

There are three levels of crystal healing, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3, and each one builds on the last.

Level 1 is where everyone starts, whether you've never held a crystal with intention or you've been collecting for twenty years, and from there you go as far as you want to.

Alongside the levels I run tuning fork and sound workshops. You can do those on their own or add them to your crystal training.

Sound is something I use in nearly every healing session I do, and once people have felt what it does on the couch they usually want to know how to work with it themselves.

Everything is taught from my home in Watford, Hertfordshire, which is a very easy trip from Bushey station and only a few minutes from the M1. I also travel to teach, so if you've got a group somewhere else, ask me.
